General Package: Massage Ball

Many seniors experience hand stiffness, discomfort, and reduced dexterity due to age-related conditions, arthritis, or previous injuries. These challenges can make everyday tasks, such as gripping utensils, typing, or even buttoning clothing, increasingly difficult and painful. Traditional hand therapy tools often lack the versatility needed for effective relief, leaving users with limited options for self-care. To address this problem, we propose the development of 3D-printed massage ball rollers shaped like a truncated icosahedron (or spiky sphere as shown above). This innovative design provides multiple contact points, allowing users to target specific areas of tension in their hands

Tailored Solution: Wheelchair-to-Cane Attachment

One of our clients mentioned that carrying both her wheelchair and cane was tedious. Often, the cane would roll off her lap and fall to the ground, making it challenging to pick up. Our innovative solution provides an easy fix: by attaching it to the wheelchair's handle bars, our design securely holds the cane in place.
